Jim Keane

Head of Business Relations

Jim Keane brings over 40 years of leadership and managerial experience to his current role as the Head of Business Relations at Ace Screws. Throughout his career, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility across three notable companies, demonstrating his expertise in executive leadership, business management, and consulting. 

Jim's journey began at PSEG (Public Service Enterprise Group), where he spent 17 years honing his skills. As the Manager of Information Technology for Gas Distribution, he oversaw critical systems integration and delivery, managing a team of 10-15 programmers and subject matter experts. Additionally, he contributed significantly to process improvement and quality control management as the Manager of Business Process Improvement and Quality within the Gas business segment. His tenure at PSEG was marked by a focus on organizational reengineering and alignment to optimize company operations. 

Subsequently, Jim joined Convergent Group, an Electric and Gas Consulting Firm in Denver, where he spent 7 years as an Executive Consultant and Team Leader of a consultant group. Here, his expertise in operations management, workforce management, business process modeling, and process improvement proved invaluable to clients in the electric and gas industry. 

Jim's journey continued at SchlumbergerSema USA, where he served as an Executive Consultant and later rose to the position of VP System Integration and Consulting. He excelled in consultative sales models, showcasing his skills in customer relationship management and business development. 

Jim Keane's key competencies encompass executive leadership, business management, and organizational reengineering. His operational management expertise, including workforce management and business process modeling, has consistently led to streamlined and efficient operations. With a deep understanding of information technology management, systems integration, and delivery, Jim has been instrumental in driving revenue growth through consultative sales models and nurturing customer relationships.
